Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped via Postal or UPS Monday to Friday when placed by cutoff time or the following business day when placed after cutoff. Some orders may require additional validation that can take 24-36 hours, which may delay delivery. Carrier will make 3 delivery attempts before returning the shipment to our warehouse. Adult signature is required on select shipments.

• Standard Delivery: Flat rate $8.95. FREE Shipping on orders $150 above. Orders placed by 12pm ET Monday - Friday will deliver in 1-7 business days. Most orders deliver in 1-3 business days. Items transferred from Europe or Asia can take up to 7 business days. Pre-order deliveries may vary.
• Next Business Day Delivery: Free for orders $1,000 and above. Orders placed by 12pm ET Monday - Friday deliver the following business day. Exclusions apply.

Returns

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping fees may be waived or deducted from the refund, subject to item eligibility. To initiate your return, enter your order number found in your order confirmation email. Some items may be marked as final sale. Please check individual product descriptions before purchasing.
